She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillie Wilson Gibson and Frank Smith Gibson; her husband Benjamin "Ben" Payne, Jr.; her son Rick Payne; her daughter-in-law Jackie Payne; and her brothers, Tom Gibson and Nelson Gibson.
She is survived by: her children, Tim Payne of Dry Fork, Benjamin "Bink" Payne III (Betty) of Dry Fork, Virginia and Page Stowe (Bo) of Dry Fork, Virginia; and her siblings, Dennis Gibson of Danville, Virginia and Lois Wells of Danville, Virginia. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, all restrictions mandated by the guidelines set forth by the state must be followed by service attendants and staff.
