He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy; his daughter Carly; and his siblings, Patsy Samuels, Marvin, William and Curtis Samuels.
He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Jordan, Jettie Towler and Judy Bray. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
