He is survived by: his parents, Page Payne Stowe and Joe MacRae Stowe; his wife Jessica Danielle Yeatts Stowe; his children, Brody Payne Stowe, Kaylee MacRae Stowe, Rylee Gail Stowe and Harlee Danielle Stowe; his sister Heather Stowe Martin of Dry Fork, VA.; his grandfather Charley F. Stowe of Whitmell, VA.; his parents-in-law, Nathan Harold Yeatts and Kathy Bennett Yeatts; his niece Grace Martin; and his nephew Bryce Martin. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
