He is survived by: his son Sammy McNeely; his stepchildren, David Quesenberry (Lora) and Dale Quesenberry (Joann); his stepgrandchildren, Emily Wright (Wayne), Nolan, Logan Quesenberry, Shelby and Chase Quesenberry; and his granddaughter Willow Jean Wright.
In Lieu of flowers, the family asks that those who prefer may make memorial donations to the Glenwood United Methodist Church or to the charity of their choice in memory of William.
