He is survived by: his wife Treasa Rigney; his son William Cecil Rigney, III; his daughter-in-law Karly; his daughters, Amanda Woodyard (Steven) and Amber Quinn (Brandon); his grandchildren, Emily, Logan, Jaxon, Koltin, Holland and Orion; his pet Willie; and his close friends, Ricky and Marie Price. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
