He is survived by: his children, Michael Wiley of Draper, VA and Patricia Wiley of Lakeland, FL; and his stepchildren, Dale Garrels of Wasilla, AK, Greg Garrels of Sakcha, AK and Linda Mullen of Fairbanks, AK.
