She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney "Doc" Tolbert; her parents, William Frank and Gladys Windle of Draper; and her siblings, William Floyd Windle, Ray Windle, Oscar Windle, Arnold Windle, Ellen Horton and Thelma Adams.
She is survived by: her sister Molly; her sons, Stuart Dale (Janet) of Newport News and Arnold Dennis Windle (Michelle) of Hubert, NC; her grandchildren, Jennifer Myers (Rick) of Gloucester, Kevin Windle of Newport News, Keith Windle (Jordan) of Midlothian and Desmond Windle of Hubert, NC; and her niece Sandy Wyatt (Sam Poole). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
