He is survived by: his wife Paula Richardson Manuel; his brother Dale Manuel (Frankie) of Jamestown; his sisters-in-law, Paige Frye (Eddie) and Edie Manuel (late Dwight); his nieces, Kelli Frye Lusk, Jennifer Flynt (Scotty) and Alyson Linder (Scott); his great-nephew Joey Lusk; and his great-niece Abigail Lusk.
