She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Porter and Margaret Porter. She is survived by: her husband Lewis Pratt; her son Andy; her daughter-in-law Allison Pratt; her grandchildren, Nathan and Anna Pratt; her sisters, Patsy (Tom Sandidge) and Susan Cordell; her caregiver Lynn Ruggeri (Bert); and her close friends, Susan, Jeff Bain, Sandra and Jim Palmer. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in memory of Jackie to Trinity Lutheran Church in Pulaski.
