She is survived by: her son Robert Kenneth Adkins; her grandchildren, Dixie Cassell, Tim Meeks, Rena Hamilton, Tracy Hinson, Haylee Grill and Patty Lane Adkins; her niece Carolyn Lancaster; her son-in-law Ronnie Farris; her close friend June Harris; her husband Robert Adkins; her daughters, Geneva Joyce and Peggy Farris; and her grandchildren, John Meeks, Gina Joyce and Greg Joyce. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
