He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Talbert; his children, Michelle Frost, Charles Cecil Talbert (Rachel), Pulaski, Selena Estep, Draper, Michael Shaver, Teresa Whitley, Nikki Stump, Steve Gillispie, Cody Lawrence, Kortney Gravley, Roanoke and Cheyanne Melton; his grandchildren, Austin Talbert, Kristopher Hayes and Zoey Talbert; his great grandchild Burkley Hayes; and his brothers, Dickie Talbert (Pandora), David Talbert, Sr. (Carlie) and Pulaski.
