She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis M. Bishop and Virginia Edwards Bishop; her husband William M. Webb, Sr.; and her son William M. Webb, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Anthony R. Webb; her daughter-in-law Kathy H. Webb; her granddaughters, Elizabeth R. Webb and Stephanie N. Cressell; and her great grandchild Connor L. Cressell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
