He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar F. Moore and Elva Allen Moore; and his wife Lucille Hensley Moore. He is survived by: his children, Ralph Moore (Lana), Brenda M. Wilson (Roger), Kenneth Moore and Jim Moore (Lauri); and his friend Rosa Langford.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Hebron Church (111 Hebron Church Rd, Saxe, VA 23967). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
