He is survived by: his wife Fern S. Farley; his children, Grady Allen Farley, Jr. of Pulaski, VA, Dennis Edwin Farley, Sr. of Virginia Beach, VA and Jennifer Leigh Farley Cheatham of South Hill, VA; and his brother William MacDermott of Huddleston, VA. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
