She was predeceased by: her son Duke Roark; her brothers, Clyde Guill, Harry Guill and Charles Guill; her brothers-in-law, Shirley Vaughan and Carl Medley; her sisters, Nancy Adkins, Lucille Medley and Helen Guill; and her sisters-in-law, Linda Guill and Maggie Guill.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Roark and Wayne Roark; and her siblings, Sam Guill (Anne) and Evelyn Vaughan. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
