He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Vest Fallen and Elsie Tuck Fallen; his wife Doris Overstreet Fallen; and his siblings, James "Jake" Fallen (Thelma Anderson), Herman Fallen (Lois Bailey), Lucille Gee (David), Vicki Wingo (Early "Bootsie") and Mary Hawley (Melvin).

He is survived by: his sons, Donald P. Fallen (Brenda Walton) and David L. Fallen (Lorie Jordan); and his brother Stuart B. Fallen (Kathy Alexander).
