She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lloyd Hudson Stanley and Mary Eleanor Mills; her husband Thomas "Pete" Carter; her children, Mark A Carter (Michelle), Roy Glenn Carter and Thomas Carter (Alison); her grandchildren, Charlene Booth, Wanda Elamrani, Lance Carter, Kattie Carter, Tiffany Lowe, Sherri Meyers, Ryan Carter and Thomas Carter; and her sister Mary Clarke. She was also cherished by many great-grandchildren.
