She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Russell of Mechanicsville and Josephine Williams Lowe of Mechanicsville; and her brothers, Thomas Edward and Lawrence Russell Lowe, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Rhys Weakley, Sr.; her sister Margaret Lowe Haley; her children, Michael Thomas Weakley (Elizabeth) and Thomas Rhys Weakley, Jr. (Nancy); her grandchildren, Jason Thomas Weakley (Ashley), Anne Carver Weakley and Sarah Weakley Sichol (Austin); and her great grandchildren, Skylar, Jason Weakley and Rhys Sichol.
