He was predeceased by: his parent Virginia C. Mallory; and his former wife Susan J. Lawson. He is survived by: his daughters, Mary M. Borum (Herman Duke, Jr.) and Kathy M. Richardson (Jessie); his grandchildren, Bobby, Braxton, Jessica, Jason and Ginny; his great grandchild Tinleigh; his siblings, H. W. Mallory, Jr., Juanita M. Randolph (Ron) and Shirley M. Kyger (Erich); and his nephews, Ryan and Colin.
