He is survived by: his wife Blair Powell Hines; his children, Christopher Hines, Taylor Creed (Kyle), Krista Hines, Houston Hines and Jacob Hines; his grandchildren, Emma, Charlotte, Blair, Grayson and Hudson; and his brother Wayne Hines. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
