It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecil Ira Schwartz of Doswell, Virginia, who passed away on May 26, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Catherine W. Schwartz; his children, Ronnie Schwartz (Mary), Brenda Stanley and Carol Bailey; his grandchildren, Brian, Chris, Jason, Justin Stanley, AJ (Samantha), Katie Schwartz, Thomas (Calli) and Davis Bailey; his brother-in-law Tom West; and his sister Edith Newcomb. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson.
