She was predeceased by: her husband David Marrell Shook; her children, Dorothy Mae Shook, Helen Irene Shook Hess and Billie Shook; her brothers, Leonard Kiser, Raymond Kiser and Willard Kiser; her son-in-law Curtis Smith; and her great grandchild Ashby Renee Compton.
She is survived by: her daughter Marjorie Shook Smith of Richlands; and her children-in-law, Peggy Shreve Shook of Doran and Claude Ashby Hess of Richlands.
