With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Jacqueline Burke of Doran, Virginia, born in Tazewell, Virginia, who passed away on December 31, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Melvin and Rosa Rachel Hess Keene; her former husbands, Charles B. Stevenson and Johnny B. Woosley; and her sister Helen Jeanette Webb.
She is survived by: her husband James Burke of Swords Creek, Virginia; her children, Cassilene "Cassie" Stevenson-Perkins (Jimmy) of Swords Creek and Charles B. Stevenson, Jr. (Sue) of Pickens; her stepdaughters, Joanie Burke of Richlands and Virginia Rachel Mitchell (Travis) of Pounding Mill, Virginia.; and her brother Fearl William Keene of Cleveland. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, 8 Step Grandchildren, 23 Great Grandchildren, 1 Step Great Grandchild, and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren along with several nieces and nephews.
