He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gayheart of Richlands; his children, Herman Gayheart, Jr. (Sharon) of Bristol, TN, Julia Salvin and Judith Church (Darnell) of Haysi, VA; his siblings, Darcus Dull of Ashland, OH, Harmon Gayheart of North Fairfield, Sherman Gayheart of Ft. Wayne, Richard Gayheart of Helena and Franklin Gayheart of Willard; and his grandchildren, Chasity Smith, Brandon Gayheart, Amanda Church, Darrell Church, Alicia Honaker, Jason Baugh, Chasity Baugh and Eric Tackett Sixteen. He is also survived by Sixteen Great Grandchildren.
