He is survived by: his wife Dolly Bentley; and his children, Harold Bentley (Gail), Rita Dye (Harold), Peggy Dye, Donna Helbert (David), Robyn Cunningham (Johnny), Charles "Chuck" Bentley, Jr. (Kimberly) and Jon Bentley (Cynthia). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren, great, great, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
