She was predeceased by: her parents, Cowan Colley and Marie Hill Colley; her husband Arthur K. Welch; her daughter Shelby Jean Cordill; and her brother Howard Colley.
She is survived by: her sons, Bobby S. Welch (Rosann) of Cedar Bluff and Jerry W. Welch (Gudrun) of Richlands. She is also survived by Ten grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and host of friends.
