He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis Hill and Ann Grishaw Hill. He is survived by: his children, Angela H. Hill of Moneta, VA and Terrence E. Hill (Jennifer) of Virginia Beach, VA; his brother Barry S. Hill; and his grandchildren, Aran Moran Hill, Emmett Woodford and Fiona Woodford.
