She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Archer and Willena Whitfield Thompson. She is survived by: her husband Ashby L. Sitterson; her children, John Edward Sitterson (Jo Anne) and Pamela S. Townsend (Alan); her grandchildren, Grant, Ryan, Hope, Ashley and Anthony; her great grandchild Ben Jr.; and her sister Janice Thompson Brinson (Ferrell).
