She was predeceased by: her parents, William Temple and Nettie Temple; her husband John Harman "Achie" Lewis, Sr.; her children, Bobby Lewis, Billy Lewis and Beverly Jackson; and her siblings, William Temple, Marion Clary and Frances Tatum.
She is survived by: her sons, John H. "Buddy" Lewis, Jr. and Barron Lewis (Melissa); her grandchildren, Ryan Jackson (Tara), Kyle Jackson (Sarah), Chad Lewis (PC), Curt Lewis (Patti), Wendy Glascock, Patrick Lewis (Ashley), Tyler Lewis, Monica Boyer, Brandon Lewis, Aaron Lucy and Sarah Allen; her great grandchildren, Kristen Walker (Wesley), Amber Jackson, Triston Bishop, Samantha Jackson, Jordan Jackson, Kurt Velvin (Tiffany), Harley Jones, Megan Lewis, Mallory Lewis, Jackson Feild, Lindsay Lambert, Nicholas Glasscock, Noah Lewis and Lilly Lewis; her sister Janie Gibson; and her son-in-law Larry Jackson. She is also survived by five great great grandchildren.
