With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Deacon Frank Leon Mays Sr. of Dolphin, Virginia, who passed away on November 18, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ember Mays, Sr. and Vina Mays of Dolphin, Virginia.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Hamlett Mays; and his sons, Richard E. Hamlett (Belinda) and Frank Leon Mays, Jr.. He is also survived by three sisters, four sister-in-laws, one brother in law, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
