He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Carlyle and Helen Virginia Blanchard; his sister Joyce Blanchard Seebo; and his brother-in-law Bernard William Seebo. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn S. Blanchard; his stepson Troy McDowell; his nephew Michael Seebo (Dian); and his godson Zachary Seebo. He is also survived by his wife and friends.
