He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lewis and Maude Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Sally Marston Lewis; his sons, Charles "Samuel" Lewis (Nicole) of Warfield, Bryant Keith Lewis (Becky) of Dolphin and Sean Patrick Lewis (Mary Sue) of Baskerville; his siblings, Robinette Reid and Joe Ben Lewis of Bracey; and his grandchildren, Samantha Lewis, Courtney Lewis, Noah Lewis, Billy Smith and Kari Gromovsky.
