He was predeceased by: his mother Peggy Jean Archer Vlk; his grandparents, Tony Vlk, Sr., Marie Vlk, Hoover and Wavey Archer; and his aunts, Marie Winner and Patsy Blackburn.
He is survived by: his father Tony Vlk, Jr.; and his sister Jennifer Vlk (John Baxter). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
