He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Charles and Ruth Hundley McMillen. He is survived by: his wife Diane Washington McMillen; his son Jeff McMillen (Amy); his granddaughters, Autumn Brooke McMillen and Sarah Newland (Adam); his great grandchild Elyse Newland; and his sister Barbara Jean Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
