He was predeceased by: his father Robert Edward Ogburn; and his brother James Edward Ogburn. He is survived by: his mother Pauline S. Ogburn; his siblings, Diane Ogburn Wiley (Keith Barker), Deborah Ogburn Smith (J. R. Smith), Robert Wesley Ogburn (Felecia P. Ogburn) and Pauline Rebecca Ogburn Hammond; his sister-in-law Esther W. Ogburn; and his close friends, Avis and Wayne Husky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and many loving cousins and friends.

The family requests that face masks be worn at church.
