She is survived by: her husband Nathan Carther of South Chesterfield; her daughter Kim Carther Allen; her son-in-law Mark Allen; her son Nathan Carther III of Dinwiddie, VA; her daughter-in-law Tiffany Cather of Richmond; her grandchildren, Aniah Cather and Logan Carther; her brother Richard Martin of Richmond; her niece Shayla Sobers of Richmond; her sisters, Joann Deal of Patterson, NJ, Judy Martin Sparks and Deborah Barner; and her aunts, Carrie Legrand of New York, NY and Anita Parther of Rhode Island. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
