She was predeceased by: her husband Joe R. Duncan; her daughter Katy Link; her parents, Robert Rose and Mary Ellen Rose; and her great grandchild Lil E. J..
She is survived by: her children, Priscilla Able (Jefferson Able), Mary Ramirez, Candy Ramirez (Jose Ramirez), Kimberly Castillo, Lettie Calderon and Joseph Duncan (Becky Duncan); her sister Betty Boardwine; her friend Charlene Reiser; her pet Shorty; and her grandson Phillip Williams. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 51 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bliley's Funeral Home (6900 Hull St Rd, Richmond, VA 23224). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
