He was predeceased by: his parents, Waverly Skipper and Minnie Skipper of Dinwiddie; his wife Dorothy Skipper; his son Anthony Skipper; and his brothers, Jame E. Hill and Waverly R. Skipper.
He is survived by: his close friend Viola Allen; his children, Ralph Skipper (Sharon) of Chesterfield, Conceita Skipper of Prince George, Jeffery, Janice Street, Stephanie Skipper, Nicole Skipper (Keith) of Dinwiddie and Kim Bandy of Petersburg; his grandchild Twenty; his sisters, Daisy Lee Hill (late Vernon) and Loretta Hick (Bobby); and his sister-in-law Rev. Linda Skipper (late Randolph). He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, other Relatives.
