"Jay" Johnson, IV (Cindy) and Michael Tyler Johnson; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Kempf (Jimmy), Philip Vargo, Taylor Johnson and Miles E. Johnson; his great grandchildren, Hendrix Vargo, James Kempf, III and John Kempf; and his siblings, Cindy Farmer and Spencer Fitzgerald.
