He was predeceased by: his father Gordon William Lang; his brother Ronald Lang; and his brother-in-law Thomas Shipp. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Reekes Lang; his siblings, Sharon Shipp, Kenneth Lang Sr. (Carrie), Darlene Lang Lowder and Shelby Harrison (Timmy); his niece Britney Seay (Quan); his nephew Chad Lang (Tyler); and his great-nieces, ZaKiya and Zoey Brown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, and friends as close as brothers and sisters.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Western Heights Baptist Church in Mike's memory.
