He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tabitha Neville Rogers and Justin Dean Rogers; his siblings, Fred Marvin Neville Jr., Lucas Dean Rogers and Lilykay Joy Rogers; and his grandparents, Charles Stout, Dorothy, Fred Rogers, Cindy, Steve Neville and Joyce F. Young. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
