She was predeceased by: her parents, Hester Cabaniss and James Hammond; and her brother Jimmy Hammond (Lawrence Lipford). She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Lipford Jr. (Roberta), Charles Lipford (Stacy), Brenda Tate (Gerald) and Carolyn Richardson (Cofield); and her grandchildren, Christina, Amanda, James, Robert Lipford, Laura, Gerald Jr., Molly Tate, Jessica Henshaw, Rebecca Hite, Hester, Claire, Joe, Josh, Lee and Justin Richardson. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
