She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Henry and Annie Marek Burris; her grandparents, Edd Adolph and Sarah Merten Marek; and her husband David W. Mathieson of Petersburg.

She is survived by: her sons, Wesley Michael Lipchak (Maryann) and David Wilbur Lipchak (Rebecca).
