He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fuller and Shirley O. Fuller; his grandson Charles Peters Jr.; his nephew Jeral Clary; his brother-in-law Johnny Belvin; and his close friend Cody.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Fuller; his children, Tammy Elder (Jimmy), Cindy Thompson (Marc) and Bubba Hawkins (Laura); his grandsons, Dustin Peters and Marc Thompson Jr. (Cora); his great grandchild Isaiah Peters; his siblings, Peyton Fuller (Donna), Brian Fuller (Cathy) and Brenda Outlaw (Timmy); and his sisters-in-law, Patsy Clary (Jodie) and Ruth Paige Belvin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
