He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Hillman Walker and Billie Fay Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Angela B. Walker; his children, Kersten F. Walker of Middlesex, Angela L. Barricks of Dinwiddie, David R. Kurek of Ford, Alexis D. Brown (Jonathan) of Disputanta, Aaron T. Graham of Dinwiddie and C. Garrison Burke of Chester; his grandchildren, Hannah, Autumn Barricks, Kolton, Hartley Kurek and Danielle Brown; and his siblings, Gary H. Walker (Joy) of Dinwiddie, Steven W. Walker (Debbie) of Matoaca and Cynthia W. Sipple (Donald) of Chesterfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Walker to the VCU Massey Cancer Center at support.vcu.edu, North Dinwiddie Church or Smyrna Baptist Church.
