He is survived by: his parents, Sherwin Maurice and Lisa Michelle Lee Tisdale; his wife Demetria Tisdale; his children, Derriyana Hazelwood, KaNiyah Tisdale, DeMeyah Hazelwood, Jerrell Tisdale Jr. and JaCory Tisdale; his siblings, Demitrick Tisdale (Destiny) and Anishka Tisdale; his nephews, Maureon Tisdale-Couch and Dorian Tisdale; his parents-in-law, John and Shirley Batts; and his siblings-in-law, John Batts Jr., Jerlisha Batts and Tearle Batts. He is also survived by uncle, aunts, cousins, and other family members.
