He was predeceased by: his parents, John Cravath and Josephine Modzelewski Cravath; and his brothers, John Cravath, Jr., Gerald Cravath, Steven Cravath and Anthony Cravath.

He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rideout Cravath; his children, Theresa Cook and John Cravath; his grandchildren, Jessica Abel, Kayla Cook, Cassidy Cravath and Parker Cravath; and his siblings, Patsy Sabia, Connie Sdorow and Gary Cravath.
