He was predeceased by: his father Isaac Franklin Kelley II of Chattanooga, Tennessee.; and his pet Biscuit. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Lucille (Everett) of Chattanooga, Tennessee.; his wife Winnie Denise (Huntley) of Dinwiddie, Virginia.; his children, Amy Kelley (Steven Shoul) of Hanover, Virginia, Isaac Kelley (Kathryn Riedlinger) of Washington, DC and Nathan Kelley (Alison Caison) of New Kent, Virginia.; his grandchildren, Finn, Hollis, Maryn and Ada; his sisters, Janice Kelley of Asheville and Deborah "Debbie" Gaddis of Chattanooga, Tennessee; and his nieces and nephews, Chris, Katie, Justin, Bonnie and Patrick.
