He was predeceased by: his father Don; and his grandparents, Frances and Ray Rothenberger. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Beth Ann" Miller; his mother Kay Miller; his children, Jessica, Melissa and Jeremy; his grandchildren, Ashton, Avery and Adeline; and his sister Marnie Saylor. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
