He is survived by: his wife Samantha Jones; his sons, Andrew (Krista), Elijah and Jacob (Kaitlyn); his granddaughters, Paisley and Dakota; his grandmother Marlene Hubert; his parents, Kandice Nash and Steve Jones; and his aunt Karen Siegel.
